Q1: Is the Belt conveyor necessary?
A: Small capacity (Below 60m3/h) normally use Skip Hopper to feed aggregate, no need to use belt conveyor. While for large capacity, (Larger than 60m3h), normally use Delivery belt to raise efficiency.
Q2: What is the concrete batching plant feeding method?
A: The concrete batching plant has two different ways for feeding aggreate, now we will explain in detailes:
(1) Skip hoister feeding: It is more applied for small scale concrete batching plant, like HZS25,HZS35,HZS50 that produced by chunyue.
(2) Belt conveyor feeding: belt conveyor feeding actually is using belt conveor machine to feed material to mixer, the large scale concrete batching plant adopts belt conveyor feeding. Like HZS60, HZS90,HZS120,HZS180.
