Brief Introduction
1. HZS series concrete mixing station, which is compulsory and efficient equipment. It can produce plastic, dry concrete and a variety of concretes. Its production efficiency is high. It is widely used in large and mediumsized construction, road and bridge engineering and production of concrete products in the prefabricated factory. So it is an ideal equipment for producing concrete.

The mixing system adopt JS series double horizontal shaft forced mixer, with the good quality of the mixing, the mixing time is short, the life of the wearing parts is long, and the operation and maintenance are convenient. It uses the latest design ideas of electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display and other control technology, the electronic weighing apparatus has the buffer device and the automatic compensation functions, the measurement precision is high. On the sand feeding system with large width herringbone belt conveyor, which is equipped with a human shaped corridor. It is an ideal choice for the construction units to produce high quality concretes.

1.Turn on control software, login to operation interface;
2.Set or access working parameters of concrete production, such as recipe number, concrete grade, slump, total production volume, etc.
3.Start production;
4.The software/PLC will give signal to each part of the plant, to finish the material feeding, measurement, loading into the concrete mixer, mixing and discharging;
5.If there are some problems during production, the software will detect the error and light up alarm lamp on computer screen or indicator display, so that the operator can stop the production till problems solved.
6.Regarding to the material feeding, the various of electric motors, butterfly valves and load cells will work automatically according to digital signal.
